Sharkey
The Dog

Shark Bite, aka Sharkey, is a female English Bull Terrier. (You might recognize her by her famous relatives Spuds McKenzie and 'the Target dog.') She was rescued by the Philadelphia Bull Terrier Rescue in the fall of 2009 and has since enjoyed life as a Jersey Girl with the McGraws.

Sharkey loves to eat and will do anything, including posing for a few photographs in clothing, for treats. While she would love to eat all the time, Sharkey also enjoys socializing with people and dogs—especially while hiking—and promoting her Bullie breed—and all rescue dogs—as great pets and companions.

For more information on the breed and adopting a Bull Terrier please visit www.btca.com.

Lindsey McGraw
Top Dog

Lindsey started working on the concept behind American Dog Apparel in 2010 after taking a course at F.I.T. in pet apparel design on a whim. Growing up, Lindsey often dressed her two terriers in doll clothes and other accessories and even made a few original items for them. As an adult, Lindsey adopted her own dog, Sharkey, and quickly found reason to dress her.

Education
Lindsey received her BFA in Visual Communications in 2004 from Washington University in St. Louis and completed courses in Pet Products Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. To date, she has spent her professional career as an Art Director at both large and small advertising and media agencies for B2B and consumer brands.
